To address this, we designed comprehensive campaigns that utilize every aspect of Amazon's interface. We strategically bid on keywords, ASINs, and audiences to drive conversions and attract new customers who prefer natural energy products over artificial ones.

Balancing budgetary constraints, we also managed a DSP spend to keep Ethan's products top-of-mind for consumers even when they're off the Amazon platform.

Our efforts have borne fruit. In less than a year, the majority of Ethan's Amazon revenue now comes from these energy shots, thanks to a loyal customer base we've helped build.

Remarkably, organic sales now account for 80% of their energy shot revenue.

Product Strategy on Amazon

The Beyond Good team faced challenges with Amazon's seasonality, where the success of their dark chocolate products during the holiday season was offset by Amazon's policy of not fulfilling meltable goods in the summer.

To counter this, a strategy was developed to use their vanilla product line, including extracts, beans, and a vanilla powder, as a supplement during the summer months.

The result was that these vanilla products, particularly the powder, have become a major source of revenue for Beyond Good throughout the year.

This diversification strategy allowed the brand to tap into a new market with greater potential and better profit margins.

Profitability on Amazon

Nuts 'N More faced a challenge in maintaining profitability on Amazon. While still focusing on growth, we assisted them in optimizing the operations side of their business.

We consulted on product sizing, which helped save almost 15% in fees, and participated in inventory management to prevent stockouts during Amazon's busy season and avoid long-term storage fees.

Consequently, Nuts 'N More continues to experience strong annual growth and has now shifted their margins to be more profitable.

As we launch new products for them, our strategy considers both growth and profitability.
